Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, case number, or other term submitted through a search tool is sent to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Coffee County Court Docket does not retain or log those query terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When you email us, the message and its contact details may be kept long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. We do not disclose that message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

No Court-Record Data on File
Coffee County Court Docket does not host, maintain, sell, or assemble a database of personal case records or official dockets. It publishes general directions to the Coffee County Circuit Clerk, Coffee County Circuit and District Courts, municipal and probate custodians, and Alabama's paid Just One Look service. Visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or third-party case profiles, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their own privacy terms govern information entered into those tools, along with their retention and disclosure practices. We do not control those practices. Read the provider's privacy policy before submitting a query or personal detail.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Coffee County Circuit Clerk, Alabama trial court portals such as Just One Look, government offices, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. Once you leave this website, the destination's privacy policy controls its collection and use of information.
Advertising providers may use their own technology to measure activity across websites and tailor advertisements. That processing occurs under the provider's systems and terms.
